Lost, Fraud, or Stolen Debit Card
If you have lost your Debit Card or believe it has been stolen it is important that you notify us immediately. The quicker you act the better the chance we can prevent unauthorized charges to your account.

Dispute a Debit Card Transaction
Contact SHAZAM Dispute Services at 833.288.1126 as soon as possible if you think your statement or receipt is wrong, or if you need more information about a transaction listed on your statement or receipt. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.
